Modern Slavery & Human Rights Policy

Last updated: May 9, 2025

Our zero-tolerance commitment to preventing modern slavery and upholding human rights across our operations.

Frostcloud believes in a digital economy that empowers — not exploits. We are fully committed to upholding human rights and preventing all forms of modern slavery within our company and our supply chain. This policy applies to all Frostcloud employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners, regardless of location.

We take a zero-tolerance stance on forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, and other exploitative practices. Through due diligence in our hiring and procurement processes, regular supplier assessments, and clear contractual expectations, we ensure that everyone in our ecosystem is treated fairly and ethically.

We also provide our team with regular training to recognize red flags, and maintain anonymous reporting channels for any violations. If an issue arises, we act quickly, decisively, and transparently — prioritizing remediation and worker support over damage control.

This policy aligns with global frameworks like the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and laws like the UK Modern Slavery Act and Australia's Modern Slavery Act.
